This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and West Coast Car Rental Inc. express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

In no event shall West Coast Car Rental Inc., nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. West Coast Car Rental Inc., including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent West Coast Car Rental Inc. from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

West Coast Car Rental Inc. is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

The West Coast Car Rental Inc. is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between West Coast Car Rental Inc. and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Puerto Rico for the resolution of any disputes.

To reserve a vehicle, you must comply with these conditions.

1. Over 25 years old.
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. Provide a deposit of $500 dollars.
4. The fuel tank it must be return as it was when the car was picked up.  For every 1/8 of difference is going to be a charge of $10.00
5. In case of accident, you must report it to the police, if you are guilty a $500.00 charge will be charged.
6. If ant traffic violation ticket is given during your possession the client will pay for it.  You must inform to the car rental if you have a police fine, if you don’t inform, will receive a $50.oo penalty.
7. The car will be return at the same time it was picked up or earlier, if possible, every additional hour has a $10.00 fee.
8. Every contract extension must be notified with 48 hours prior.
9. The client is responsible for tires and/or rings damages.
10. It is forbidden to use the rented car for any illegal activity.  Any violation of this term will cancel the insurance coverage and it will be considered the immediate return of the vehicle.
11. If the vehicle returns with sand inside, there will be a cleaning charge of $50.00.
12. You will be charged for the auto-express when you return the vehicle.
13. Smoking is not allowed inside car.  If any smoking smell or damage to the car it’s been made a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
14. The client agrees to pay for every term listed above including any lawyers fee in case of car loss, and any additional fees that will be caused by the use of the vehicle.
